    Please note: The first session may include discussion, assessment, treatment and home-care instruction. If you have a chronic condition and a lot of information to discuss (or just want to give yourself the gift of time and allow for a longer treatment😍), it may be worth considering the 90 minute or two hour option. I will book you in for an hour appointment unless requested otherwise. A minimum of 1 hour is required for the first session. Shorter follow up appointments are also available at 30 minutes for £50 and 45 minutes for £65 upon request.

    3 Hour Discovery Session £240

    A Blend of Exploration, Bodywork and Discovery

    Firstly,  I help you to explore old patterns, trauma, beliefs and lifestyle habits that can prevent you from feeling good in your body. I also look at ways in which you can help yourself to move forward.

    Secondly, I help you to shift blockages and patterns in your body through a blend of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and Powerful Intuitive Bodywork, 

    This can result in a Tremendous Shift in Energy, allowing Space for Healing, Revival and Transformation.

    This is a bespoke session and can be tailor- made to align with your needs. It’s important for you to feel grounded after the session, therefore I do allow an extra 15 minutes at the end if needed, so please allow yourself enough time. You may feel tired after the session (or you may feel amazing!),  so keep the rest of your day free, if possible.
